I went with Allegro Law Firm to consolidate my loans about a year and a half ago. Now I find that they are being sued and going bankrupt. Is is possible to use another debt consolidation firm. They stopped paying my debt in February 2010 but they have been taking out the money from my bank account. Is there anything I can do?

You can use another consolidation firm if your like, or can 'do it yourself' but you first need Allegro out of your life.

either settle on your own and save many years of money or file BK if you qualify to not pay a cent back.
try to find an honest and affordable debt settlement company to settle your debts if you can not do it yourself.
