I would like to pay one rather than 5 different companies every month which I have a risk of forgetting. I want to simplify my payment and consolidate my credit card bills and car loans into one, can you help me?

Car loans are secured so cannot be included in a debt management program.
Set your bills up on automatic debt....then you cannot forget.
