payday loan crisis

I took out a pay day loan of 400.00 I didnt have the money to pay it on time the day I was going to go pay it they had already put my check through to the bank but I couldn't put back the money that I had because I needed to take out another loan to pay off all my bills. Now my check has bounced and I dont have the money to pay off the loan..These people are calling me and telling me I must get back to them in 24 hours. Im worried that they will try to put charges on me or do something more drastic. How do I go about paying them back or going on a payment plan??

no not yet i dont have the money right now. I have bills backed up and going thru the process of trying to keep my house, its a mess. but I want to try to make a payment plan and pay them back as soon as possible. I dont want to have to take out another loan to pay off a loan that will just mess everything up more.
Im in Ohio.
