private loan consolidation

I am trying to figure out if there is a way for me to consolidate my private student loans that I am un aware of. I have about $80,000 of loans with Wells Fargo and anoth $23,000 with Sallie mae. While I have a very good credit score, I don't have "enough" credit to apply without a co-signer. And my parents have horrible credit and don't qualify. There is really no one else I can ask, so I don't know what to do. I can't afford to pay the $1050 a month payment that I will be charged. And I can't arrange an extended re payment plan without consolidating. If anyone has some advice I would be forever greatful!!
