Has anyone ever got a refund?

Since May of 2009:
I have taken out 6 separate loans, 5 of which I have paid off and one that I recently took out, with VIPloanshop, and based on the laws in MD, I have calculated that I have overpaid on these loans by $1133.
I've already sent out the cease and desist and ACH revoke letters, closed my account and stopped my direct deposit. Haven't received any harassing phone calls or responses to my letters yet, so should I wait until they respond?

My good friend is Branch Manager at my bank so I got him to put stop payment on amounts coming from PDL
I called each Company and explained that I am aware of the laws for MD and I would like to have account closed out because I have already paid back more than Initial loan.
First Company PAYDAYMAX---Zero'd out acccount without me even getting into alot of details
Second Company (the Killer) Qloot a.k.a VIP CASH===LOAN amount was $500 To this day I have Paid $1900.00 All to interest....CALLED and explained that my account was closed and I contacted States attny general and was advised of the LAW.....Accccount was Settled they emailed me there was a ZERO Balance and account was settled. Got a call a little later stating they were going to ReFUND $400 of the money I had paid, as a good faith, ALso stated that Attny general will prob ask what they did to correct problem, He said to let them know The account was zero'd out and they gave me $400 back. The guy sounded worried like he wanted to make me happy so I would'nt go further.
The other 2 loans I called and one tried to play hardball with me saying I can settle for $200 I talked her down to $100, Seeing if I have any power to walk away paying nothing else. I have already paid them $200 towards principal and Over $500 in interest.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET A PAYDAY LOAN!!! I WILL EAT PEANUT BUTTER N JELLY for 2WEEKS BEFORE I GET SUCKED INTO THIS HOLE AGAIN!!! VERY DEPRESSING
Sad thing is, if I never saw this site I would be forking out another $500 every 2 weeks to these crooks, for god knows how much longer!

I used to work for one of these companies,and I quit because they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for their clients but give them the run around.I urge people that do have payday loans to try to work out something out with the lenders themselves.
