Ok, so my bank won't shut my account down, they can't . . .i have sent the revocation letters and tried to show them to my bank (she doesn't care to see them) I have to go down and dispute the charges and pay the NSF's for the rest of my life, they will not hard freeze the account even when I said there is illegal activity going on my account. She informed me that I owe this debt and its not illegal, i informed her that i revoked their rights and it is now illegal . . she doesn't get it . . .either does the banking commission over Regions Bank.

So now I am trying to maintain my NSF fees everyday that I can't pay the payday loan . . now i get this

"Check 'n Go reports payment performance to the Certegy Check Network, which is used in nearly 350,000 retail locations across the United States. Due to the failure to repay Check 'n Go under the terms agreed to by you, this could result in your inability to conduct business with other short-term lenders, write checks to retailers or merchants for goods and services, or open checking accounts with banks."

What can I do??? this was an internet payday loan?? I didn't write a check. and will this affect USAA bank account that I just opened up?

What state are you in and what was the name of the Internet pdl?

ACH revocation is a law and not for the bank to decide, you need to talk directly to the branch manager and show him/her the law below, then demand they follow it:
Regarding the EFTA and Universal Debit Agreements..
Quote:

? 907. Preauthorized transfers
(a) A preauthorized electronic fund transfer from a consumer's account may be authorized by the consumer only in writing, and a copy of such authorization shall be provided to the consumer when made. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at any time up to three business days preceding the scheduled date of such transfer. The financial institution may require written confirmation to be provided to it within fourteen days of an oral notification if, when the oral notification is made, the consumer is advised of such requirement and the address to which such confirmation should be sent.
(b) In the case of preauthorized transfers from a consumer's account to the same person which may vary in amount, the financial institution or designated payee shall, prior to each transfer, provide reasonable advance notice to the consumer, in accordance with regulations of the Board, of the amount to be transferred and the scheduled date of the transfer.
Regulation E
Section 205.10 Preauthorized transfers
Requires financial institutions to provide the consumer with some form of notice that electronic transfers that recur at substantially regular intervals, such as the direct deposit of salaries or benefits and the preauthorized payment of bills, occurred as scheduled.

AmyLC, is this you? I still can't believe your bank is acting like that... they are breaking the law. I can't believe Texas Banking Commission isn't backing you up... this right to revoke ACH transactions is under federal law, not state, and there should be no question about it.

Have you, as suggested, gotten the ACH processors involved?

I went to the bank and asked them who the ACH processors were for Regions and they would NOT tell me. Is there another way. Banking Commission told me my only hope was to go everyday to the bank and dispute charges, but still pay the NSF . . .i asked for how long, 1 years, 2 years, the rest of my life, can i get it in writing when you will make it stop . . .she was a @#$%^$#% . . .humiliating me

So they CAN report you to Certegy, even if you didn't write a check? they are a legal payday loan company.
