storefront pdl in OK, advice please
Date: Sun, 05/16/2010 - 17:23
I'm trying to see what my options are. I have 2 pdl, the maximum that Oklahoma allows. Because of the state requirements, I am in a bind. I just got my fifth consecutive loan at Check n Go, so I cannot reloan until I have paid that one off and waited the 48 hours. But my loan at Advance American is due. I dont have the money to pay it and wait the required 14 days before I can pay off Check n Go and reloan on both of them. I've been at this same Advance America for years, the manager is great, but I'm not sure what she can do for me. The loan was actually due Friday, I could not go in that day so I'll go in tomorrow. My understanding of the EPP is that if AA will let me do that, I would have to do it with Check n Go too or pay that one off, because you can't have any open PDL with the EPP. Does anyone have any suggestions for me, or what I might be facing if I cant pay AA tomorrow?
1. Advance America - $565 due
2. Check n Go - $565

Thank you.

If you are considering setting up an Extended Payment Plan with your lender, you must contact Advance America before you default on their loan tomorrow. You must get into an agreement regarding EPP before you default on the loan.
