Midland Funding and Midland Credit Management are the same people. It's a miracle these people haven't been put in jail. Send them a cease and desist letter, don't give them any info about anything and make no agreements with them. Never give a collection agency whether the debt is legitimate or not your bank account, credit card number or social security number. They will take more than you authorize and they will continue to hit your account without telling you. When you send the cease letter send it so they have to sign for it and get a return receipt.
