Payday Advance Debt

I have 2 Store-front payday advances that add up to $453. One is due no later then 2 days from now and the other is 7. Neither company will work out payment options they need it in full or they will deposit the checks. BTW I'm in California. I have no clue what to do I really dont need them to deposit them so they bounce and screw me over with bad credit and more debt. Any help please id really appreciate it. THank you in advance!
