Should I just be happy to have them off my back and sign the PIF or still demand the refund? Anyone ever get a refund from them???? By the way, I know they are tough to get in touch with, the email was from

Thanks, now that I have a contact there I will send her an email for the refund. I will post any updates. I'm happy to report that united cash and east side lenders have stopped debitting my account.

I put the wrong email for SSM/OSL it is: ahernandez @oslmarketing.net. Her letter listed the following contact phone numbers: 866-553-5788 and the fax # is 866/553-5789
Hope that will help, they are horrible.
good luck, keep us posted - I would also push for the refund.

How did you get United Cash off your back? They are hounding me for $65, which with the number of roll-overs plus paydown fees, I feel I have paid above and beyond the original amount of $390.

Donna, once I got the BBB and State Attorney General involved they have backed off. They haven't debitted my account (I revoked ACH but didn't close my account because the bank was giving me a hard time) and they did threaten to send the account to collections but I haven't heard anything about that yet. I'm just glad they have stopped taking my money, I had overpaid them by $1000 too!
I sent an email to SSM and rejected their PIF letter and demanded a refund. Got an email back saying they aren't going to give a refund. So I sent another email telling them that they and their ACH Processors are committing fraud and I will continue to complain to BBB, FTC and the state's AG. I will see if they come back with an offer.
