letters rec'd from rab

i placed some bills that i have in the hands of a debt relief agency, I was advised by them that all letters rec'd from anyone concerning the accts, would be handled by the agency, now Rab, knows that my bills are in the hands of CCR, and my attorney will be in touch with them, so why are they still ignoring this, and not contacting my attorney

Agencys to not have to communicate with debt relief agencies if they choose not to. Have you given them your attorneys name and number? If they have not been informed that you are represented by an attorney, they can contact you all they like.
