For unlicensed lenders,they try their best to squeeze the customers.There is a remedy to this,which is to stop paying them at all,ask them for a proper written document of the outstanding balance and if possible pay only the principal amount without any interest.That is exactly the way you can deal with unlicensed payday lenders!
