I paid my debt 4 month ago and it was not removed from credit report, and I didn't get letter from them that I paid off my debit. Now I start receiving new letters from 2 another collection companies regarding the same account. I get 2 letters that they are sue me. What can I do? I have proof from my bank that I paid them. Please help me.

Request that the two new companies verify that you owe them money and that they have the right to collect. You are not being sued unless a service processor comes to your door with a summons and complaint. If they do sue you, then deny the paragraphs stating you owe them money and the amount they claim you owe in your answer and attach copies of your proof when you file.

Just because you pay a debt doesnt mean that it is automatically removed from your credit report. Generally it is just marked "paid".

Did you settle on the account or pay it in full. Get a copy of your paid check and send it to them with any other correspondance you might have received from the previously agency.
