i was debited 99.95 out of my account from platinum service i called the number they told me that it came through a payday loan i did apply for a pay day loan but i did not apply for this,.they would not refund me my money it made my account negative i have to pay to 99.95 plus a 35 dollar nsf for something i dont know anything about they said they sent me an email giving me 3 days to cancel i never recieved any email. i need some help on what to do

Dispute it with your bank. Explain to them that you didn't auth

Dispute it with your bank. Explain to them that you didn't authorize the charge. They should reverse it and refund your nsf fee.

Just to let you know that it is wise to close the account ASAP as you never know whether or not they will repeat the same thing again.Once they had started messing up with the account,they can do it at any point of time.

I agree with the other posts; dispute the debits from the accoun

I agree with the other posts; dispute the debits from the account with your bank and get that account closed. Even if you put a stop payment on your account from this company, it's possible they'll try to get money by using another name.
