can anyone tell me if the following payday loan companies are legal/licensed in Delaware?

I have just signed up with Town and Country to consolidate my payday loans. they are sending out letters this week. I figure with Cash Transfer Centers, i have already paid over $3,000 in finance charges. The one I am most worried about is paydayloancashnow as I had to sign a wage assignment.

ALl you need to do to void the wage assignment is send the an email whcih states you revoke their rights to any and all wage assignments you may have signed, print it out and take a copy to your HR dept. I need to research these lenders and will return shortly.
