I have been receiving calls from Allied Interstate for at least six months now regarding some debt owed by my ex-WOLF and her significant other as well as two other people with whom I am not acquainted. I have repeatedly told them that I have been divorced from my ex-wife for twelve years now, that she has never lived at this address, nor has my current telephone listing ever been hers.

I have three different numbers at my residence with two of the numbers being those for each of my kids. I have had once of our numbers changed, but the phone company said that they will have to charge me to change my numbers again. I run a business out of my home, so I have printed literature and other printed marketing/media promoting my business. It would be too costly to change all these numbers and re-print my media. The Allied employees continue to tell me that they will remove my number from their database, yet I STILL receive calls from them. I have asked for the name and extension number of the person calling which has apparently been a moot point. I have asked to be connected to a supervisor, but they make excuses that they will remove my number and they never end up sending me to a supervisor. They also hangup up on me.

They are driving me crazy. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THESE HOUNDS TO QUIT CALLING MY NUMBERS???!?!?!?!

nice thought, but allied interstate has branches all over the country and they could call from another branch.first the OP needs to find out which branch the calls are coming from.then send them a C&D letter.besides some phone providers might charge to block a number.
