Hello DCC forums!

I know I will be labeled a troll or a Heartless SOB for my views but what I say is pure HONEST truth.

Look you go to these PDL websites or establishments because you need money, am I right? You cannot get money anywhere else, right?
These companies, no matter how low you think they are, are doing a service for you, to get you out of a bind or being low on cash, so I don't understand how you people could attack these establishments just because YOU got YOURSELF into debt. YOU agreed to pay in full the following week but YOU renewed it, YOU didn't want to part with money that is NOT yours.

Truthfully, you people are sad. I mean come on debt is one thing, I've been there, done that but stealing from PDL is unaccpetable.

Three years ago I too had to get PDLs but I paid my in full as agreed...NO RENEWEL. If you do what you agreed to do, you will not have to put up with threats of legal action, constant phone calls and interest.

Now if you guys borrowed 400 and pay back 490, that is the PDL buisness making their profits, they have employees with families also, you are stealing from THEM!!!

Again if you borrowed 400 and the establishment takes 600 from you without renewal or your authorization, then you may down that particular establishment.

So please people have some friggin integrity

Bottom Line.

P.S.

STOP RENEWING PAYDAY LOANS!! PAY YOUR BILLS. THESE ESTABLISHMENTS ARE NOT TO BORROW MONEY TO HAVE FUN WITH OR VACATION...THESE ARE USED IN DIRE SITUATIONS ONLY!!

Payday Loans are a good thing. They will bail you out of even the tightest situations.

Just pay AS AGREED! DO NOT RENEW THE LOAN!

Three payday loan places bailed me out when I needed it, and I will be damned if I turn my back on them.

They bailed you out, didn't they? Show some gratitude and pay your bills.

sorry shazz, but i can't let the two internet pdl shills/humanoids off that easily.that's right.the verbage from both is so transparent it's not funny.a few examples.

1)accusing people of stealing.that is a favorite unlicensed ipdl line.
2)no storefront would charge 90.00 on a 400.00 loan.that is internet as well.
3)ah the old PAY YOUR BILLS line.right on schedule.that is another humanoid line.

go back to the phones you two,and threaten people with fraud, and arrest(real integrity)and just know that if you mopes acted with half the scruples you told us to.there would be no need for this site.i will continue to advise and give info devised to put illegal internet idiots in there place....HUMANOIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all have a right to our opinions; however, I take exception to the "stealing from PDLs" line myself. If the poster(s) above would take a look at the posts on this site, they'd see that the vast majority of people DO want to pay back their PDLs - however, since many times they are still in financial difficulty even after taking out a PDL (probably even more so), when they try to work out repayment terms, the PDL companies are not willing to cooperate at ALL. And as far as "Have some friggin integrity?" HA! Many someone tries to work out alternate payments on their loan most of the PDLs will use tactics that are intimidating, harassing, and even illegal - threats, representing themselves or their collectors as Federal/State agencies such as the FBI, even down to stating they're legal in States where they are completely illegal. And tell me; if these companies are truly on the up-and-up, why do they hide behind addresses on Indian tribal lands? Why no direct addresses, why bogus telephone numbers? Legitimate businesses do NOT need to hide. To quote humorist Dave Barry; "everyones' entitled to their opinion and yours is wrong."

Agreed, not really too much to add.
Illegal lenders are misleading, their sites are designed as if they can legally lend to people where they are not allowed to, etc. Also, some sites deposit money without anyone signing contracts, many do not fully disclose the information needed, etc.
If a company is illegal, than they should not lend, period. any most of the lenders people have problems with are illegal.
