Keep filing complaints, one complaint won't do. When they call, don't speak to them, hang up, the less you say to them, the sooner they will stop calling, don't give them anyone to argue with.

You can also inform your colleagues at ofice (your boss) and family to so the same because they may go ahead and start harassing other people when you don't respond to their calls.

I agree with other posts; be sure and let your coworkers or anyone you may have used as references on PDLs know that if they receive calls, they should hang up. I had one PDL call me at work, thought he was really smart, "how do you like THIS?" I told him I had him on the speaker phone and my co-workers and I were gathered around, laughing at him! No more calls at work! ;)

if they harrass you badly at work,i would file a police report and show it to your employer as proof that you are the victum here.
