How Do I Get a PIF from Ameriloan/OneClickCash?

These guys are ridiculous! I've sent out the cease and desist letters, but the calls never stop. I've complained to the BBB and the Oklahoma AG and they've responded in challenge to my claims. I've paid more than the principle to both of them, but they refuse to recognize this and want to use the Indian Reservation defense in saying that I waived my state's laws when I signed their contract. How do I beat these guys?

i forget are you in OK?if not then file an AG complaint with your state AG.after that just hang up on them.that's it.every time the losers call,hang up without a word.have everyone else do the same.let them state who they are.then "click".if they email BS.respond that you will not pay them another dime,and frankly they will roast one day.anyway that is how i got rid of them.filed complaints with my AG,and hung up on their sorry a$$e$.

Thanks Paul. I am in Florida and have filed with our AG here. They have said that these two companies are in OK and referred me to that AG, which I had already written. I was hoping for a happy ending like some of the others I have seen on here (and their dealings with these two guys). I guess I will just have to ignore, etc. Dissappointing.

Did you dispute their response to the BBB? That's what I did. After the dispute, the lender responded to the BBB in writing that they had marked my account as PIF. They then sent my account to a collection agency. I emailed a copy of the letter to the CA and they profusely apologized and I've never heard from them again. :)

I am also STILL getting daily phone calls from Oneclickcash. I also reported them to the BBB who referred my case to the OK BBB. Same thing, they responded and said I was wrong. I disputed this and told them I wanted a PIF and a refund of the amount I overpaid. Nothing has changed...

I'm in the same situation. OneClickCash, Ameriloan and USFastCash call me almost daily and send emails about once a week. I've sent C&D letters via email (10 times now), registered mail (2x now) and fax (2x now). I've also filed with the NC AG. I don't answer the phone calls but every time I get an email, I send one right back. The last time this happened was 4 days ago. We'll see if it keeps going. I'm also considering changing my number.
