Nope, none of them are licensed to lend in your state, or any state for that matter. Do you realize that unlicensed lenders aren't likely to negotiate with a debt consolidation company, and even if they do you will end up paying back more than you are legally obligated to do so! Also, these lenders will STILL call and harass you, whether you are with a consolidation company or not! They are nothing more than criminals and can NOT be trusted! You need to ditch the consolidation company and go this on your own, in the long run it will end up costing you a lot less! You may demand refund from the companies which you have overpaid
