best way to become debt free for physician with many loans

i have a lot of private loans; i am earning well now but due to these loans i barely have any left off my salary. what is the best way to be debt fre soon, it is getting frustrating.

You may consider consolidating your debts. Check out the 'DIY' section for help or else you can take advantage of the consolidation companies as well.
