civil affadavit for secured personal loan

hello, i have a question regarding a secured personal loan. I am $126 behind on payments and the finance company has made a civil judgement against me. I recvd the papers today. I called the finance company and advised that i only have 2 pieces of the listed collateral and he threatened me stating he will seek the maximum prosecution of 30 days in jail for each item i do not have. Can i be placed in jail for this?

Laughs...debts are civil, not criminal. Who is the finance company? I would be reporting them to your state AG's office and up the food chain at the company he works for.
