Summons

Hi everyone,
I just received a threatening phone call at work from a law firm saying that I will be served with a summons unless I agree to pay $$$ to National Group LLC (pay day loan) right now. Since I dont recognize the name of this company, I asked for the phone# to speak to them directly. The attorney refused and told me that they were taking me to court and I would have my wages garnished. I got this loan online in Dec 2009. I set up repay thru my bank acct. The company, National Group never sent me an email telling me that I had not paid them. How could they not send me a notice instead of sending the account straight to an attorney?? My bank has not informed me that an item was returned. I already paid so much interest on these types of loans that I am sure I had to have paid them off. Now, it appears that I am being sued and I dont remember who this company is or even when I took out the original loan!! I do not have loan documents and ther attorney refuses to believe that I actually dont remember this company nor will he allow me to call them. This is unfair dealing and I need help to resolve this matter.

What state are you in? You sure it is not Island National Group? I googled National Group LLC and couldnt find anything.
