Does anyone know what this is or has anyone worked with them, this is where our accounts end up after 180 days. I guess their "legal team" will handle things then. Any info appreciated.

I've just dealt with them. They sent me a letter; I called them and set up a 13 month payment plan to pay 40% of my balance ($13,700 about) at $430 a month. My account had been charged off. That will give me some breathing room so I can deal with Citibank.
