Nothing shows up in search for this forum. I looked them up and they appear to be a multi faceted law firm, not a specialist in debt settlement. This might be good but then again but maybe not.

I am currently settling my debt with Lloyd Ward & Associates. Only 2 months in, but I am very pleased with how they are pretty upfront about the entire settlement process.

I am too, i've been with them for 4 months and still getting collection calls. Just want to know if anyone has anything good to say about them?
Don't do it!
Do not use this company! I've been with them about a year paid my so called total off and have had nothing happen except have them take my money. They never return your phone calls or emails, scam, stay away!

Stay away from Lloyd Ward and Associates
Lloyd Ward and Assoc. law firm charges 15% of the gross debt. They will promise you anything before you sign up. We signed up with them in 2009 and we have been sued by 3 of the 4 credit card companies that we signed with them. We paid them over $7000 in monthly fees and they settled one account. They said that if we were sued they would represent us. BULL!!!! When I told them we were being sued they said they didn't want to have anything to do with the lawsuits, but they would help me prepare the paperwork to represent myself. Well, needless to say they are MAJOR scammers and do not deliver on their promises.
It's better to go to a credit counseling agency where they can negotiate an affordable payment without interest if you can't do it directly with the credit card companies.
Lloyd Ward
This is why I have a problem with the FTC ruling, which prohibits debt settlement companies from charging up-front fees, but allows law firms to charge up-front fees. NO firm should be charging its fees up front. It's not fair to the consumer, who is already facing challenging financial times. People want to resolve their debt and if they're hiring someone to do it for them, they're looking for expertise and the peace of mind that comes with having a professional on their side; nobody wants to hire a company that's going to rip them off. I'm glad you posted these issues with this law firm; hopefully it will save others from making the same mistake.
Good luck in your quest for debt-freedom!
