Wells Fargo debt settle experience?advice?

Hi Everyone,
I recently settled Chase and Citi for under 30% and am very pleased. Yay me. I have not, however had much movement with a Wells Fargo Line of Credit (unsecured) or Wells Fargo Credit Card. we have passed the 180 day mark. I seem to be stuck at around 35% on the line of credit which works out to about $8300 and really no offer on the card (owe about 13k) Has anyone had any success settling with Wells? (this is not WF Financial) Is 35% good? I don't have experience doing this beyond the Chase and Citi. Any advice is helpful and welcome,
