Harassing Calls

I have been getting daily calls for 2 months now on my cell phone from 800-392-4029. It's an automatic recording message, the caller did not even identify themselves, or the company that they work for. The person that calls is extremely rude, and says "this is a very important matter. This call is for "YOU", "YOU" need to know why we're calling you. This is major harassment, and this calls are not even for me!!! What should I do to stop this craziness? Thanks for your time.

I just called them...there is a message but if you wait you will be connected with a live person. I had a real person on the phone within 15 secs of dialing.

Quite frankly, I don't want to deal with these jerks!!! Again, they're trying to contact me to collect from someone else. I heard that if you call them, they will harass you even more and they will not stop calling! Is there a sample letter that I can send demanding them to stop calling my CELL PHONE on a daily basis?
