chase settlement how long to update

website and credit report to show 0 balance.Paid my last installment 12 days ago.Website has payments credited but still shows me owing them.I know the credit report would probably not be updated yet but looks like the website would show 0 balance.Maybe i'm just being impatient,but i want to see that big fat 0!Thanks

Give it some time. If it isn't fixed in 30 days or so, contact chase and find out what's going on. Then contact the credit bureau and get them to remove the listing. There's a sample letter in the DIY section of this site.

Mine took only 2 weeks. I have a credit monitoring service that reports all changes to me and they notified me at 2 weeks and then a couple days later for another credit bureau. check you cr.
