Discover says 40% of debt, end of today ? Is this normal ?

After spending countless hours with discover who finally came to agreeable terms of debtor paying 40% of the debt. The catch is to come up with the payment today . I'm thinking in my head that this guy is a troll. I mean whos got 15 k sitting in their account. And why are they all pushing today as last day ? Because end of month ?

What should I do ?

If I initiate contact on Monday or Tuesday of next month , do you think they might agree to payment plan ? I am just asking two or three installment. Also normal for discover to ask for payment first before releasing settlement paper?

I tried so hard with all creditors to release settlement paper first than payment, they just wont budge it. Saying nope. Going to the attorney.

I'm sick and tired of being sue by attorney. First the business, land lord, credit card, house, real estate, the list goes on.

1 fail business = lifetime of hard work down the drain. I can't believe this is happening. I stress, cant sleep , eat ... Sorry, just don't know who to turn to.
