i got a call from a very very rude so called "man". who did not say what it was for but i was to call this number 1-800-620-6371, or go to what i believed was "pakhargroup.com" but now that i have relistened over and over again to the message it is the Takhar group...he said i was to either call that number or go to ASAP or he will take drastic measures.. sad thing is i don't have the foggiest idea what he is talking about....i owe nothing except at local banks...i am not one to stay in debt..all i know is that if he is rude again, well, us southerns have good oldfashioned mouth slammin up our sleeves....please tell me what the heck the company is anyhow.... thanks..

You did the right thing, never admit to owing a debt over the phone, it could be ANYone making that claim, request documentation via the mail, it's your right.

I keep on getting phone calls from this group too (pakhargroup)

I keep on getting phone calls from this group too (pakhargroup) I dont know what to do as far as I know I do not have any debt.... They are very rude and the call at the rudiest hours of the day.. Like I said I dont know what to do about this....

Record their calls and file cases against them with the FTC and the BBB. Although, it might not bring immediate relief, it might help to put some provisions on companies like this in the long run.
