luckily the lawyer who showed up in court on their behalf told me flat out they were scumb and to hang on to everything, luckily i listed, i have post office receipts and certified mail proof as well as canceled check.
my question is what should i do about this judgment these low lives entered against me? is this legal? what can i do to punish them and teach them a lesson?
What happened in court? Did you settle with them prior to judge
What happened in court? Did you settle with them prior to judge rendering his decision? The law firm doesnt enter the judgement...the court does. So obviously you are leaving out some information.

there was a stipulation prior to trial that i would make 4 payments of $201.50 to settle the matter, the payments were made and i have the canceled checks as well as the post office receipts and delivery confirmation/registered mail that i luckily decided to save on the advice of THEIR lawyer...
the date the payments were to be made was the 16th of each month and the latest canceled check was cashed by them on the 18th...they were all mailed prior to the 15th of each month so they cant even claim tardiness.
this has to be illegal in some way shape or form, they know they got the money, can they possibly be this crooked? this has to be borderline suicidal.
now i have to deal with this judgment and getting it removed, there has to be a way to make these dirt bags accountable.
any ideas?
Were all the checks received by the 16th of each month? Proof o
Were all the checks received by the 16th of each month? Proof of mailing doesnt count....it is when they actually receive the payment. Registered mail takes forever to be delivered and if the payments got there late, technically they could void the stipulation.

one check was presented and paid by the bank on 3/17, the next one was paid on 4/16 the next one 05/15 and the last one on 06/18 i dont think there's a court or even a semi intelligent person that would consider any of these tardy...

Is the judgement showing paid? Just because you pay it doesnt mean it goes away....

the judgment shows refusal/failure to pay which clearly is false since they were fully paid and according to the agreement.
i do have a of the agreement, 4 payment by the 16th of each month, considering a normal check takes 2 business days to clear even the one they cashed on the 18th is within reasonable limit.

Are you looking at your credit report? I have never seen the terms, refusal or failure to pay associated with a court judgement.
Have you checked the online court records?

im looking at a copy of the affidavit of non payment mailed to me by the court...
4. that the defendant has/have failed and refused to make payments when due and plaintiff has declared the defendant to be in default.
now clearly they filled this knowingly and a full 12 months after the last payment was cashed.
my original question still stands and remains unanswered.

Should be pretty straight forward....you had a stipulation and you paid as a agreed. Talk to the court clerk for directions.

called this mickey mouse agency today and spoke to the attorney that filed and signed its name on the motion of non payment and she had no clue what the terms of the stipulation were....she claimed i owed money, that my payments were "intermittent" and that i missed some payments, once she read the stipulation there was silence and she said she had to "investigate" and quickly proceeded to hang up the phone. that means she's obviously an idiot but what about the court allowing such a judge met to be entered with obviously no verification or merits, that is totally unacceptable.
