i had a credit card with the "whats in your wallet company". They held my payment and posted past due, thus charging me a late fee, whcih put me over my limit and raised my percentage. I refused to pay and was sued in small claims court, missed a few monthly payments and was served with a lien on my dads house. They liened my dads house
because i do not own a house. We both have the same name and live in the same location.

Your father may need to move to the court and prove that the lie
Your father may need to move to the court and prove that the lien has been wrongly placed against his house. I'd suggest that he may consult a lawyer regarding it.
