Its nice to know that you had a good dealing with them but often these junk debt buyers break FDCPA rules and try to get money from the debtor in illegal ways.

SC is reasonable and level-headed, shazzers is clearly blunt and resolute, and paul? well paul has proven time again that he is a paranoid alarmist. how could that post have been anymore benign when they didnt even mention the company? you're entertaining though paul - and heck, at least this time you didnt tell them to burn in hell!

Often times they were dealt a bad hand in life that ruins their financial stability and they can not pay anyway. Auto and home loan companies should know better than to loan money to someone with bad credit or sub standard credit and those loans are backed by collateral anyway. [/SIZE][/COLOR]

Most of those responsible don???t even care because they became filthy stinking rich while doing it. The most cash-strapped customers are the hardest hit, with 90 per cent of overdraft fees coming from ten percent of checking account holders.??? How ridiculous is that. d&s - if you're referring to me you're mistaken. im not the OP and i do not spout such rhetoric. though i understand your need to protect your moderators and what is going on here. this site is largely useful and well intended. i just think that people lose their way when they stoop to these "scums" level. just my opinion! have a good weekend!

I am growing very weary from the increased number of counterproductive and robot posts in this forum. I am quite inclined to quit posting here and move to the registered area only. Were this my board, it would be restricted to registered users because this is the crap you get when it is not.
