goldstein henderson and weiss collection company anybody know anything about them???
They apparently collect on old Payday loans by threatening legal
They apparently collect on old Payday loans by threatening legal action that they can't act upon!
they called me about old credit card debt that was like 500 dol
they called me about old credit card debt that was like 500 dollars and threatening legal action, that it would be best to settle without going to court....

ask them for details in writing before agreeing to anything.a CA still must prove they have license to collect.based on what frogpatch posted,and my legwork.this is a bottomfeeder.demand details in writing first.i wouldn't even discuss the matter over the phone.
