Can you help?

I am researching for my daughter, who is in desperate need of financial help.
She has a car loan that she still owes approximately 2 & a half years on ($500 @ month). A personal bank loan that she owes over $11,000 on (she has a co-signer on this), several Pay Day Advance, Check & Go, Cash Express, etc. A Personal Finance loan, Victoria Secret credit card, a credit card in someone else's name - the card company is dealing with her on this matter as they are aware it is her debt and not the cardholder. She has student loans, (not huge compared to a lot of others). She owes some checks through the County attorney. What makes things worse is the way the bank charges for overdrafts, this last pay they took all her check and she is still in the negative. The bank is making a killing on their fees - equals enormous interest rates if you view it as that.
Her home has black mold in it and she needs to get out with her two children as their health is being comprimised.
Is there any help for her?

If you're asking for advice on how she should handle these debts
If you're asking for advice on how she should handle these debts, I can give a suggestion on the payday loans, but due to the fact she has so many other debts I'm not sure if it would be helpful or not. These cash advance stores do have extended payment plans available if they are members of the CFSA ( Community Financial Services Association of America), but I need more details first.
How much did she borrow from each one?
What state is she in?
Names of the payday lenders?
Has she defaulted on her payday loans yet?
