Will you tell me the phone number to talk with someone that can settle CC debt with FIA? Thanks:rolleyes:

thanks again....we will try this....will they work on settling plain old BOA accounts too?? We have had so many different people from BOA and they all tell us something different....and ask so many questions that it feels like an interrogation....they won't give us a direct answers.

How did you settle....did you pay with a separate checking account just for this purpose and how did you arrange getting something in writing.....any way that you can give any specifics....would be so helpful....
