Orig creditor or Collection agency

I have a credit card that is listed as a charge-off/sold to another lender with HSBC, the CA is Arrow. Who do I approach with the offer/pay-to-delete letter. Both agencies are listed on my report with all 3 bureaus and have different/new account numbers. THX
You would talk to the CA. However dont expect a pay for delete.
