i just recive a phone call from Todd somebody at zwicker i have made payments on my discover and i had a return on one of my checks now they want the bal in full by the end of the mont i told i dont think i can have it by then. so he goes into this shpeil about how i had all these returns on my account so i had to correct him and told him i had one and payed double on that account. so then he asked me to borrow the money from someone. I said "yeah well that is how i got in the mess in the first place, so he goes well let me see what i can do and i will call you tomorrow. what he dont know is i am about ready to sick my attorney on him. so we will see what he has to say tomorro.

So you are saying that you bounced a check on them? Technically they can void your payment plan and call the balance in in full.

Sicking your attorney on them will only cost you money....better off paying them. Discover card does like to sue.

look, its his job to try to secure the full balance rather than

look, its his job to try to secure the full balance rather than payments. so he took this opportunity to do so. probably failed but you cant give the guy hell for trying. tell him all future payments will be made with postal money order or debit card. call his bluff, he's willing to put you back monthly, just taking a shot and getting that balance.
