Does anyone know how to reach the department of Discover Card that runs the www.cardmemberassistance.com website?

I have read on here that they are the Web Dept. Is this correct?

The settlement departments number is 800-347-3554

So, if I called that Settlement Dept number, then I will not get

So, if I called that Settlement Dept number, then I will not get the "Discover Card does not do settlements" line I have been getting from the Account Managers?
