Long story short, I have three cc that have been in collections now for about 2 years. At first I had numerous calls daily, then it slacked off to several times a week, then to like the end of the month when they were trying to get their quota in. Now, I haven't had a call probably in at least two months, no mail either, which I didn't ever get much via mail anyway. I know I always wished that they would quit calling all the time, but now since I don't get any calls, it makes me wonder what they are up to. I guess after fighting this for more that two years and its what has become a normal way of life for me, and it just stops it left me kinda curious and I sure don't want to let my guard down. Just wanted to put this out there.

Yeah, I figure that's probably whats coming next, they seem to be sue happy these days, I keep a watch on the court records, so maybe I will have a heads up when and if it does happen. And I will be sure to answer, thats something else that I have noticed watching court cases, a lot of the time when the defendant files and answer, it winds up getting dismissed, its not every time, but theres a lot more that do than don't.
