What if the collector said that I must pay with a credit card over the phone? and information about the debt can not be given to me because the account has changed hands and detail about the debt must be with him only. and he will send officers to your home or place of employment if needed.

then you google the number you have,and file a police report for the threat.then file AG,and FTC complaints.then do not speak to them again.everything he said violated the FDCPA.anyplace that says those things is a bottomfeeder that needs to bve reported then ignored.not paid.my credo is nothing in writing.the bottomfeeder gets zip.
