I been going around & around with Layne Bryant -No Customer Service to settle credit card dispute.
since May 15, 2010- I have called 1-800 everything and all I get is automated no services . I call WFNNNB - same thing... I paid my bill on full cnacelled check in hand & I cannot get anyone to help me.
This is the frustration of trying to pay a bill on time.
I have e-mail my complaint - no help


What the dispute is regarding? Is it regarding some charges?

I would suggest you to reread your credit card contract document to know more about your rights to dispute with the credit card provider. Often they have a time limit within which you're required to register your dispute.

Also you must retain all the documents to prove your efforts to resolve the issue along with the copy of the payment made. It may come handy in the future.
