Can Cashnet Garnish my wages?

Hello,

I am a single monther and desperately needed help paying rent so i took out two loans.
Cashnetusa- $ 800
Checkngo- $ 650

I love in ohio. what can they do since i defaulted on them? Are these placed legal? Can they garnish my wages?
please HELP!!

Meanwhile, you can send a wage assignment revocation letter to them, that will stop them from attaching your wages, however, if they take it to court and get a judgment against you, they can then get a 'wage garnishment against you. Make payment arrangements before it goes that far.
