I am being sued. how do i file an answer letter or a dispute letter.

Do you happen to know the creditor who filed a law suit against you is a junk debt buyer or original creditor ?
Assuming its a junk debt buyer, than consider sending a validation letter requesting to validate the debt.
Have you received a summon ? What state are you in ?
If this truly is your debt then consider settling with creditors by offering one lump sum payments. I found this to be most helpful method in expunging your debt.
