Silhouettes & world financial national network bank

Beginning May 28, 2010, I have been badgered by WFNNB' collection people. Everything negative ever said about collections people is true, as I have observed fro these calls from WFNNB!
They stated I owed them $90.00. According to WFNNB I ordered a jacket from Silhouettes in March (cost $47.90 w/shipping) and with late fees attached, I now owed $90! They claim they have send statements over the e-mail, but I have absolutely no record of having received anything from them prior to 6/2/1- when I received an announcement that my statement was NOW available.
As I had always ordered from Silhouettes using my own debit card (as they verified was done in June and October of '09) it seemed rather odd that a de-activated account (one I had cancelled in 2008 as I had too many store cards showing on my otherwise blemish free credit reports). Initially I thought it might be a clerical error.
I called Silhouettes who said it showed I owed $47.90. They noted I hadn't used my credit account in over two years (that's because it was cancelled).
My bank informed me (providing statements) that there had not been a $47.90 charge from Silhousetts in March, April or May of 2010. So, I immediately sent a check for the amount owed to Silhouettes, thinking I had that jacket somewhere in a closet. Well that jacket is NOT in a closet somewhere, it is back with Silhouettes!
But, WFNNB wouold not relent. It got me to wondering who authorized the re-activation of the credit account (I don't even possess a Silhouettes card!) and I asked that Silouhettes "Darren" please pull the recording of the transaction that I may hear myself re-activating the long closed account.
In the meantime, I searched in my papers, and found I had returned the gray jecket, using the Silhousettes ZIP USPS PARCEL RETURN SERVICE at a cost of $6.95 to be deducted from my refund!
So, while WFNNB insists they sent statements (via e-mail that they said might have landed in some junk mail account) yet managed to get one to me announcing a statement is NOW available on 6/2/10, they have yet to prove that prior to 6/2/10 they ever sent anything at all!
So, now I am waiting for "Darren" at Silhousettes to get that voice record of my re-activating an account I closed two years prior.........I'm waiting for WFNNB to show proof that they sent notice that I could look at my statement prior to 6/2/10.........and I am waiting for my refund.....unless they already sent me the refund.....which they should be able to prove via a cancelled check.
What a mess, and still I am expected to take WFNNBs advice and just blindly pay late charges on an item I returned because they say so? Right.
So, is there any other proofs I should be requesting?
I've already lodged a complaint with the FTC.
Thanks.
