If I did not like the way the conversation was going....I would just hang up quitely.
No big deal.
It then depends if the csr has made notes in your file.
If the csr has failed to notate the account....you're home free.
Keep on calling them and shop around.
Once in a while you'll get caught.
Shrug it off and keep on trying.
