Does anyone know why my debt keeps getting sold to a new CA as soon as I send a DVL??? This has happened 3 times so far with the same debt. Is this common???

When you ask them to validate the debt, if they dont have the info its often easier for them to simply offload it to the next CA in line instead of trying to research the account. if its an older account, chances are that the info needed to validate is no longer in existence anyways.
