First source advantage withdrew $660 out of my bank account- which was NOT the amount we had agreed to and when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor- The customer service rep hung up on me!! What can I do to get my money back?

Try again. Then talk to a lawyer in your state. They are not legally entitled to more than the agreed on amount as per the contract and if they have taken out more and refused to talk to you about the situation you have every right to take them to court. The only down side is that suing First Source may cost you more than what you will be entitled to as a judgment unless you get awarded your lawyers fees and court costs as damages.

Also, make sure they can't debit any more money from your accounts.
