they are trying to scare you.file the report,and complaints mentioned above,and ignore them.btw the loser contradicted themselves.fraud is a crime,and you don't go before a civil judge.these people lie out of their backsides counting on you not knowing that.

Man these people are making my life a living hell! I filed complaints and whatnot and they still don't leave me alone. As far as I can tell, there is no information online for them, and when I asked for legit papers for their company, since the FBI even claims its a scam, they hung up on me, and then kept calling to hang up anytime someone answered the phone.

I got the exact same phone call that you did from UCR. This place is a bottom feeding scam operation, I will be filing a complaint with my local police department

A company called my house today saying they were a law firm based in Arizona and that it was very important that they spoke to my husband about serving him with papers regarding a civil suit due to not paying some 3 yr old pay day loans..The lady gave me a phone number in which took me to this UCR litigation company where I talked to a man named James who said my husband was being sued for $695 over pay day loans and that we could settle it immediately but only if we agreed to pay a lump sum of $425 in the next 3-4 days..The man said in order for them to make sure it was a real credit/debit card that I was going to give them he needed to have the card information and they needed to take off a couple $$ first to make sure that it was a real working card..After talking to my husband and at first freaking out thinking we were being sued my husband took down the information I was given by the man and after finding no real evidence that the place even existed, we've decided it must be a scam..After about 5 hrs. since the first time I spoke to the man from this company he called back asking if we'd decided on payment options to settle the matter and I told him that we really didn't have the money at this time and there was no way we could get it together in 3 days and that they would just have to take us to court..The man got really hateful at that point and said mam it kinda seems like you all really don't care..we don't want to take anyone to court..I went on to tell the man that my husband had been in this situation before w/a pay day loan company in our area that did take us to court and file a civil suit in which our judge threw out and said that in our state/county you couldn't sue for that..The man completely ignored that I told him to take us to court that it wouldn't hold up and immediately began to try to reason with me..If your wondering if they can take you to court, Yes, they can..We've been before..In some states you may have to pay the company or have it garnished from your wages, but it's not that big of a deal..As for this company and whether or not they'll actually file against anyone I really don't know..I guess we'll just have to wait and see..

i dont no what you guys are talking about but i had to go to court cause i thought what u guys think.....the only thing that i got to tell u guys is to try to talk to them and see whats it about ....i ended up going to court so ....thats all i got to say

I was contacted by this company today and found out that they are located in chandler arizona. I too was told I had a online payday loan that needed to be paid of $110 dollars. This is untrue and they had all of the incorrect information for me except for the 1st and last name pronounciation. the first name was spelled wrong. Idk about the last name and they last four of the ss# was wrong as well as the age they had for me. But yet I would be summoned to court.

I am getting the the same calls everyday!! I called them and it was concerning an online PDL and they implied I would go to jail for a bad check. I am getting a little nervous here.

*UPDATE* I did some research and found out that the online PDL was CashNet based in Chicago, now why would a 'process server' based in Arizona serve me in Houston for a company based in Chicago? Smells like B.S. too me.

To be on the safe side, I filed a complaint with the FTC

Got a call from a Kimberly Welsh and that this is an attorneys office, Law office of Kimberly Welsh anyways she said that they had been to my house to serve me. So now I had 48 hours to respond or they will serve me a summons to my job to appear in court. They gave me a number 1-866-277-7159. When I call it says UCR. is this the same people?

I called them and they said that they were taking me to court for passing bad checks at check n go. this debt is about 3-4 years old. What is worse is that I had been making payments to National Credit Adjustors. I think this is BS. what do you think?

complete BS you can't be arrested for owing a debt,but they are implying to commited a crime with the "passing bad checks"line.file all the usual complaints as well as a police report as they broke the law themselves.

After the man called me back and I told him I had filed the complaints and told him I was recording OUR conversation...he never called back again. Thats how you get them...tell them you know they are illegal and you are recording their conversations. Thats legal! I haven't had a phone call since. UCR can not put you in jail.

I also received a call from UCR asking to collect on a payday loan. She stated that she was located in Arizona. I'm not sure how accurate the information is though.
