When negoiating a cc settlement how can I get the oc to remove the adverse reporting, ie I'm 178 days late. I don't want to pay more than 30% in a one lump sum
Getting a paid for delete is almost next to impossible.....espec
Getting a paid for delete is almost next to impossible.....especially that close to charge off. They have no motivation and you really dont have the time to be haggling over it.

More than likely, it ain't gonna happen.
I'd be very satisfied with the 30%.
